I’m looking to build a scoring system for priority into my WFs, has anyone done this?
My current thought:
Create questions in a “Priority” section with numerical response options. Feed those responses into a calculated field and display as a composite score used to sort on the dashboard as “Priority Rating”. For example, 4 questions - add the responses together and divide by 4.
One question I have is, does IC allow for weighted scoring via the formulas? I think I can do the simple math above in the formula, but what if I want, say, contract spend to be weighted more? Would I just need to adjust those numerical values or is there a more elegant way to achieve this?
I would LOVE if IC would allow us to add a “scoring weight” to our questions in WFD and push to a “Priority” field, eventually, but looking to bootstrap this ASAP.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be very welcome.
