Is there a way to flag specific clauses in counterparty paper for review? I'd like to be able to have the system flag the clauses for the Sales team so they can review and move forward within the set guidelines rather than Legal reviewing and then have Sales loop Legal in if the clauses are problematic. I'm thinking Playbooks is the way to go but wanted to see what others have done.
