We are implementing our Salesforce-Ironclad solution. As part of our Service Order document signature workflow, we would like to take inputs or selections from the end user while they sign. We would like to know their preferred mode of payment, i.e Cash, Card or Cheque.
We would like this to be a question at the end of the document where they can select one of the options as a radio button or a drop-down. After signature, we would sync this value back to Salesforce source object as part of record sync.
Please advise if this is possible to achieve.
