Does anyone have any idea how to solve for the following?
We are a supplier on multiple frameworks, governed by framework agreements. I don't know if this is a UK thing but basically in public procurement (primarily) suppliers like us tender to get onto the frameworks and then the framework provider invites you to bid for or directly award you work for its customers via call-off contracts.
The framework agreements are massive - 25+ schedules and appendices. Then you have your call-off schedule, which itself will contain a host of custom terms plus your tender response.
Call-offs are currently saved against each client counterparty like any other client contract would be - under the "Services Agreement" record type in Ironclad. I would like to upload the framework agreements as these contain a lot of the terms, however as I mentioned there are dozens of attachments. Also, unlike the call-offs I already have on Ironclad, the counterparty for the framework is the framework provider rather than the ultimate client.
Is there a way to smart upload these and make them related records somehow? i.e. related to the rest of the framework terms rather than relate them to the dozens of counterparty call-off contract.
Grateful for any advice. Being able to search the framework agreement on Ironclad would save a lot of time - but I could do without turning each of those documents into one giant agreement for each framework!
