Forgive me if there is already something that does this as I haven't had a chance to build our playbooks yet.

I have set Archive to manual for any contract with a redline. This is so I can check the metadata is correct and add anything unusual about the contract that will be useful to know at a glance. I put this into an "Additional Notes" field.

I do this buy going to the last draft and then comparing it with the first draft of our paper, and then manually scrolling through. Clearly this currently takes ages and I have 27 in the queue right now.

It would be helpful if Ironclad could automatically scan the metadata vs our template where possible and report inconsistencies (a bit like Smart Merge) but also summarise or flag any other clauses that have changed so they jump out.

Hi @Sebastian_Goldsmith Thanks for the feedback. We actually have a feature Beta that is coming up that picks up the metadata changes in documents and notify users to update them so they can keep metadata consistent.
