Job Summary
Experience/Skills
- MUST be licensed to practice law in the United States and have a J.D. or LLM from an ABA accredited law school
- 1 – 5 years of experience
- Demonstrated experience or interest in commercial contracts or real estate
- Preferred experience with Contract Lifecycle Management software, such as Ironclad
- Detail oriented writing skills
- Willingness to work primarily in-office (1 day per week remote)
- Strong follow through working style (i.e., “owning” a project to completion)
- Proven ability to provide clear guidance while offering innovative ideas and solutions
- Ability and desire to learn and expand as a well-rounded in-house legal advisor
- Must be a self-starter and able to effectively interact with diverse personalities
- Effective time management
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
- The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a positive demeanor.
