Hi all!
Query for you and wondering if you have any best practice or advice:
We've had a staff member provide an older template to a counterparty for review outside of Ironclad. We've since launched the corresponding workflow in Ironclad and Updated the Document with the provided counterparty redlined doc. Our legal has then gone in to edit the document within Ironclad. They were unable to accept/reject some of the redlines, but were able to others (strangely).
Why would we not be able to edit the redlines within Ironclad and accept certain changes but not others?
Or would we need to only use Ironclad Editor and collaborate (Ironclad Connect) to be able to accept/reject redlines and make suggestions within Editor?
I would assume to use editor we wouldn't need to use the connect feature so it leaves me thinking we should be able to make all changes required within editor to a document that had been redlined outside of Ironclad. Is this you're understanding as well?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
