Good morning! Every week I review our instance for engagements that have been stalled, inactive, or otherwise unmoved for over two weeks. It's a tedious, time consuming process at it involves indexing open engagements, identifying the stage, identifying the user where the workflow has stalled, drafting an email, and on and on...
I know Ironclad has a feature to send reminders about expiring, auto-renewing, etc. contracts in the Repository, but what about reminders for active workflows. I'm thinking something like:
For workflow that has been open for > 2 weeks, send an automated email to users to action, update, or advise whether to pause/cancel.
Does anyone have any guidance on this? Or at least how I can make chasing down individual workflows a more efficient process?
