I couldn't find this topic, but am curious as to how folks who are on marketplaces (such as AWS, GCP or Azure) are incorporating that process into their Ironclad workflows. I am focused on private offers where there is still paperwork involved rather than an Apple Store-like experience with clickwrap terms (which I know we could leverage Ironclad's clickwrap when we get to that point).
For AWS' private offer, for example, you will upload your standard paperwork (for us, this would be the standard paperwork our Sales team would request through Salesforce --> Ironclad) and the counterparty will accept that. An acceptance report (similar to a DocuSign certificate) is produced and is considered binding on the parties, but no one signs anything.
Right now, in addition to including an question in the launch form so we know it's a marketplace deal, I am planning on combining our documents + the AWS acceptance report and uploading that to Ironclad as the fully-executed signature packet.
Anyone else doing anything more robust than that? Or have any better or more creative suggestions that would streamline this? I haven't been able to come up with anything more efficient and would love this community's thoughts!
