Hi there Ironclad Community,
We hope everyone who attended the User Group Meetup this week enjoyed the conversation as much as we did!
To share a quick recap, our topic on July 12th was Reporting with Ironclad, and was wonderfully led by Catherine Choe from Everlaw. A few of the highlights we discussed during the session included:
- How Zuhair Saadat uses Process Metrics and Insights to level up reporting and optimize contracting processes
- Legal SLAs, showcasing that Legal is not a main blocker in the contracting lifecycle
- Diving into reporting best practices and understanding your data sources
- Metrics relevant to additional stakeholders and executives
- Perfect Metrics or Directional Metrics? A word from Mary O’Carroll
- “Directional is the way to go. Lawyers and Finance will fixate on things that go wrong. 80% rule, up or down, that’s all you need to take action. Metrics should raise questions, not just answer them. It won’t tell you exactly what to do, but tell you where to dig and take action.”
Thank you again to Catherine Choe and Zuhair Saadat for driving such a valuable discussion, and we hope to see everyone at our next meet up in August!
