I hesitated to post this for a while because it seems like such a basic in many CLMs that I assumed I either missed it in IC or it's been discussed at length and I'd just be the new guy repeating it (but I really did search this forum!)
Does Ironclad have (or have plans to have) a global/common clause library? We need common clauses that we can write (or update) once and it will pull that clause for all templates that use it.
For example, there'd be a US Governing Law clause and an International Governing Law clause stored in a global clause library. Every template that would include a governing law clause would have something like (note, not written in IC nomenclature):
If US=Yes
Insert <global US Governing Law Clause>
Else
Insert <global International Governing Law Clause>
End
All playbook and AI info for that clause would be tied to that global clause as well and not have to be updated in every template/workflow.
and again, I"m new-ish to posting here, so if there's somewhere else for this type of question or if its been over talked about and I missed it, just let me know.
