I am looking to do some risk rating within a workflow and need some help with a formula. The question I am asking is a multiple choice questions. The list of answers that can be selected are "Meets Control", "Does Not Meet control", and "Partially Meets Control." If the user selects "Meets Control" I want it populate in a separate answer as a "1" if selected "Does Not Meet control" I want it to populate as "2" and if "Partially Meets Control" is selected I want it to be "3". Need help writing this formula out.
