Hi folks--first time poster here b/c my extraordinary colleague and "Top Contributor" on this forum Nicole is our Ironclad guru.
I'm working on a metrics project and want to use the Process Metric Report to report on the time from an Ironclad workflow being submitted to signature. The time to completion out of the box report is too long for my purposes since I don't want to include the archive time. It looks like I'd calculate the difference between the "Created" and the "Signature Request Complete" but I'm not having a lot of success at this. Anyone created an excel formula that can do this? Is there something I have to do to change the format of the date/time stamp in those fields to make them work in a calculation? That seems to be part of the challenge.
