This is an issue we've struggled with on our workflows for some time. We have some products that are listed individually on the SF opportunity but are sold as a bundle on the contract. We don't want to show the individual products on the contract - we only want to show 1 line item for the bundled product. I think Ironclad only has a 1:1 relationship with SFDC but we are looking for a many:1 mapping relationship. We have the bundled product as option in the launch form which is how it's added to the contract but it's not mapped from SF. This leads to us having to manually update any pricing manually and a bit annoying. Has anyone dealt with this situation? Were you able to have the SF team bundle the products on the opportunity?
