Formula for Agreement Date

Hi,

I am in IT working for a healthcare company. We just started using IronClad for our legal team to manage all our contracts. We typically don't send out contracts, we receive them. So the contracts and their processes vary. I am looking for a way to create a formula for agreement date. Sometimes we have contracts where the agreement is already specified or othertimes its when the agreement is signed. I am looking for help on two things:

1. Setting up a formula to populate the agreement date when the contract is signed

2. How to setup a question so when legal submits a contract, the agreement date can either be manually entered (if already specified) otherwise defaults to the formula.
