With the new ability to conditionally add in groups to workflows (yay!), I'm working on conditional add-ins for our Finance team to have visibility into workflows (not requiring formal approval) that meet certain criteria, including Agreement Term being greater than 1 year. We're currently manually adding these folks into relevant workflows.
However, the Agreement Term field backed by Ironclad AI is a text field, and the options for building a condition around it are really limited.

Our current workaround is an additional Qs on relevant launch forms that asks "Is the agreement term greater than 1 year," so we have something to build a condition off of, but I'd hope there's a better way to build a condition on the Agreement Term field itself.
We want to keep the AI backed Agreement Term metadata field to mark our agreement terms, to have as much consistency as possible across our environment. (Smart Import only picks up Agreement Term, so trying to work with the system and make that our captured field in workflows.)
Curious if other folks have found a clever workaround for this, or if I'm missing something obvious altogether. Thanks!
