I need some assistance. I'm a PM at Wattpad, we are your current client. I don't have an account since I am not routinely using the application. Instead, I was added to the workflow ad-hoc. I received an email message from IronClad titles "[NAME OF LEGAL PARTNER AT WATTPAD] wants to message you using Ironclad Connect". That email contains a code an a set of instruction. I am unable to perform the actions, I am stuck as step 1 ("Launch an inbound workflow to add the request code to.") I don't know how to do this and there is no further explanation or link in that email. I found a support article here https://support.ironcladapp.com/hc/en-us/articles/12286322268311-Launch-a-Workflow#Launch but it seems to refer to accessing Dashboard, and no explanation how to get to the Dashboard. I tried to log into https://ironcladapp.com/signin and I can't seem to be able to do that, which makes sense since I don't have a licensed account. I tried to reach out to our dedicated Account Manager through the chatbot but I wasn't able to reach anyone.
