We recently received a notification from DocuSign about the new regulations in the EU related to Qualified Electronic Signatures. For anyone who hasn't dug into this, here is a great video that overviews what this means.
This change has me a little concerned because we plan on having the counterparty (when they insist on executing signature) send the signature packet to an alias that will be monitored by multiple authorized signers (which allows multiple people to bear the burden of signing and it doesn't create a single point of failure. However, the changes outlined in the video above concern me and I'm curious if anyone has similar issues or identified a solution. I have a call with docusign tomorrow but wanted to get thoughts from this brilliant group as well.
