About The Job
We are looking for a mid-level Contract Manager to join F45’s Legal Team at its headquarters in Austin, TX. Reporting to our Associate General Counsel, the individual selected for this role will manage and administer all of F45's 10K+ contracts.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of contracts including U.S. and global franchise-related contracts and vendor contracts with oversight from counsel
- Handle all pre-contract due diligence checks
- Perform post-closing notifications and other tasks required to process completed contracts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recordkeeping and tracking systems including electronic files, databases, and reports for all contracts generated from the legal department via F45’s contract lifecycle management software (CLM)
- Manage the migration of all existing contracts into F45’s new repository
- Research and respond to inquiries from franchisees, internal parties and others about franchise-related contracts and vendor contracts
- Track and assist counsel in the preparation of all required franchise registration documents and yearly renewals
- Maintain and update all templates
Requirements
3 to 5 years prior experience in a contract administration role or a related field
- Knowledge of contract law
- Possesses superior attention to detail in order to spot inconsistencies in contracts
- Have previous experience in customer service and strong communication skills
- Able to work productively independently and as part of a team
- Have excellent analytical thinking skills and problem solving abilities
- Should exhibit strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent.
- Proficient computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google’s G-Suite
