Hi guys!
Just wondering if anyone has created a workflow with multiple documents that are each separately negotiated in parallel (but in one workflow) which come together as one for signing, specifically an EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contract? These are typically comprised of some 80+ pages of legal terms, followed by a dozen or so Schedules (each owned by various business stakeholders e.g. engineering, health & safety etc, and separately negotiated). High value/pressure process.
From my initial testing of the multi-docs feature in Ironclad, this seems doable (although sharing docs from Ironclad defaults to attaching all docs in the workflow, but you can manually remove the ones you don't want to share), but just wondering if any of you have actually done it for EPC contracts on your paper, and how it's working out for you?
On a related note, the obligations tracking in construction contracts (e.g. conditions precedent, milestone payments, variations, construction / performance bonds received etc) is extensive, so wondering to what extent this can/should be done in Ironclad vs. in project/construction management software (e.g. https://www.procore.com/ ) that specifically caters for this?
Cheers
David
