Hi Ironclad Community!
Thank you to everyone who joined the User Group Meetup this week, and thank you to @David_Wieseneck and @Kshitij_Dua (KD) for leading an incredible session. This was definitely one of our most engaging sessions yet.
To share a quick recap, our topic on September 13th was Ironclad Workflow Designer Best Practices - Review, Sign, and Archive Steps. A few of the highlights we discussed during the session included:
Main Topic:
- HashiCorp has stood up a contracts intelligence and analytics program
- Evolved that program by using Ironclad and Workflow Designer to add a “complexity” factor to its contracting analysis
- Discussion
- how to define contract complexity ratings
- how to operationally capture a contract complexity rating in Workflow Designer
- how to use contract complexity analysis to impact different organizational activities (e.g. capacity planning, ROI analysis, and process improvement)
Other Topics:
- Best practices for (and challenges of) when to use Additional Forms vs. Edit Info to capture in-flight workflow data, and which blocks workflow progression;
- Challenges when using one workflow to create multiple documents and wanting them combined for Signature step, but kept separate for Archive step;
- Real-time workshop and solution on how to customize email messages when you want to resend agreement signature packets which have expired or been voided;
