I am wondering whether anyone else is experiencing difficulties with the Zapier connection. It is potentially such a. powerful tool, but I am finding it quite buggy and that Zapier's support, although responsive, is not very effective.
Right now, I am finding (a) it doesn't allow for non-manadatory fields (so you have to force users to complete all fields, whether applicable or not (b) it offers a very limited selection of prior workflows, making it difficult to select the right data fields for testing.
Interested to learn if others are experiencing this.
