Your favourite Workflow? And Why?

I'm curious. What is your favourite Workflow that you or your team has built?

And Why?

For me, it's our Employment Agreement Workflow. It took A . LOT. OF . MY. TIME. But has saved me untold hours since I designed it!

It covers 24 countries, 10 states of the US and unlimited variables for individual employees.

Fixed Term vs Ongoing, Exempt / Nonexempt, Overtime, Commission vs Bonus.... the list goes on...

I have now trained our People & Culture team to process the Workflow without legal involvement (our ideal state but we weren't there even just 3 months ago).

This Workflow has let me take my hand off the wheel with confidence that the correct guardrails are in place for the business!
