As contracts evolve through the negotiation life cycle, metadata can change drastically during the process. Smart Detect Beta can keep all metadata up to date in both Edit Info and the documents so they always represent the latest values represented in contracts. It detects metadata changes in both the document upload flow and Ironclad Editor flow.
