Hey all - I'm trying to build a few formulas to convert answers in our form to numerical values to ultimately use in priority scoring. I'm having an issue getting anything to output properly, would love some insight from a formula guru!
Field name: Priority (Emergency)
Response options:
- Yes (this would convert to "10")
- No (this would convert to "0")
I've tried to write a Switch formula but couldn't get any traction. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
