It would be helpful if we could have a text field in the workflow where notes can be added at any point of the lifecycle. There are times that we need to add special notes to the file and our only option is a note in activity (after several comments that note can get lost). I would like to see a text box on the top of each workflow to help with this. Anyone else have this need?
The main issue I have is that updating repository, either to add a doc or fix the workflow name does not carry over to the workflow (huge pain). User can sometimes look for a contract / workflow directly via dashboard vs going into repository. We would essentially have two different sets of info. and hope to help guide with the special notes section.
