I ran into a limitation with Ironclad (I reached out to support and they confirmed this could not be done) and I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas for a workaround. We'd like to include a pre-signed MNDA in our MNDA workflow so that the General Counsel is only having to sign 3rd party MNDAs and all MNDAs on our company paper would include his signature. Is anyone else doing something like this? It seems odd to me that Ironclad has a limitation on such a basic feature.
To clarify, the issue is that we get an error and cannot save the workflow if there is not a Signer tag on the document. So we're forced to include both a signer tag on our end and for the counterparty.
