I am creating a Vendor Workflow based off of the Vendor Workflow Template in Ironclad's Workflow Designer and instead of having several Record Types the Record Type is Static and there is a Contract Type field that breaks down Vendor Contract Types (ex. Software, Events, People, etc.) and my question is...
Has anyone found this to be helpful or cause issues in the Repository and in their Reporting?
For reporting purposes I would need to see that Contract Type Field when you Generate Report from the Dashboard. If that field will not show but only Record Type will that probably answers my question but wanted to see if this group has done it this way and had any positive or negative experiences with it.
