Hi,
I'm wondering if there's a way to automatically add particular participants (not approvers) to workflows upon creation. I have a situation where a VP doesn't necessarily want to submit a formal approval but wants to be looped into the contract automatically. Is there a way to set this in the workflow designer? I know you can add approvers so they automatically appear in the workflow based on certain conditions, but is there any way to add them just as a participant so I don't have to loop them in via an "@ mention" once the workflow is created?
