Does anyone know if there is any way to send the eSignature (we have Docusign) to the first signer, but not have the eSignature sent to the second signer until the Signature Coordinator is ready?
Or is it possible to pre-set the second signer as “Manual” (signed outside the system) - so that the Signature Coordinator can upload the signed PDF?
We often have counterparties that want us to send them a half signed PDF & then they will route the PDF to their signer using their own eSignature system.
Basically, the Signature Coordinator wants the first signer (Our company) to sign, so that she can download the partial-signed PDF, then send the counterparty the partial-signed PDF via email, so that the counterparty can load it into their eSignature for counter-signature. Then she would come back to Ironclad & load the fully signed PDF up to complete the Sign step.
Currently, the system will automatically sends the second signer an eSignature request after the first signer completes the signature, but the Signature Coordinator does not want that to happen.
