My attorneys would love to have a feature that would allow them to manage their own workloads within the app (distinct from the 'Assigned to Me' tab which contains all matters, cold and warm).
It might look like a customizable tab on our dashboard where we (reviewer groups or admins) could handpick which workflows appeared, could tag/assign priority levels (visible only to the assigner or admins) and possibly included a short field to add an private note.
