I'd like to completely remove certain properties from existing records in our repository as well as from the properties that are listed in the drop down menu when editing records in the repository. Background: When we first started using IC, we had a property in our intake form for "Department Head" with a drop down menu listing each department head. We later realized it was much better to use "Department Name" instead (heads change but departments not so much). We encountered the same thing with a few other properties ("Auto Renewal" yes/no instead of text, "TFC" yes/no instead of text, etc.) and would like to clean that all up and remove the old, outdated properties entirely. I read the "Use Bulk Actions in the Repository" article and tried it, but we have close to 1K records that will need to be updated, and I apparently cannot select more than 25 at time - requiring repeating the process at least 40 times. I also am not sure whether that will actually remove the property from the "add property" drop down in the repository (goal there is to eliminate someone choosing the older property, so if its not on the list, then they cannot chose it). If anyone has found a way to accomplish these two objectives in an efficient manner, would you please, please share.
Many thanks,
Sean
