Hello all! I am wondering how everyone handles situations where you want to send a document for signature internally, but the counterparty will need to countersign 2nd via ink or their own systems?
My current process is to remove the counterparty signature entity, send internally for signature, download the signed document, revert back to the sign step and upload the document as a partially signed document.
I am wondering if anyone has a better process, or a system to only send a document 1 of the signature parties, while still keeping the workflow open. My concern is that if I am archiving a bunch of agreements at once, I will miss one that is only partially signed.
