Counterparty Signing without using their email

I'm trying to figure out a workflow that has a client filling out the form and signing the generated document on the same device without going through the typical workflow that they receive an email with the counterparty signing logistics. The type of document would be a consent form where the client would use our device with the form open, fill it out, and sign it without leaving the app. Is this possible?
