I'm Jen, the product manager for Ironclad AI. Today, I'm excited to announce that Custom AI is now available to all Ironclad customers.
What is Custom AI?
Custom AI allows administrators to train Ironclad AI to recognize specific clauses simply by copying and pasting contract language.
Why did we build Custom AI?
Since the launch of Ironclad AI last September, many of you have expressed the need for the ability to train Ironclad AI. At Ironclad, we are dedicated to delivering a customer-centric product and take your feedback seriously. Earlier this year, we initiated a closed beta program for Custom AI. We've collaborated closely with many of you to develop an intuitive and user-friendly feature for training Ironclad AI. Now, Custom AI is available to all Ironclad customers.
With Custom AI, you can:
- Manage AI clauses available in Ironclad: Administrators can control and manage the 175 clauses available to use in Ironclad..
- Improve AI accuracy: Train Ironclad AI's clause models to immediately improve the accuracy when using AI-powered features.
- Customize new clauses: Create custom clauses tailored and specific to your unique business or industry needs. Manage, edit or refine these clauses over time without having to contact Ironclad..
Custom AI is accessible to all customers and is included in all pricing plans. Each customer will receive 10 free custom clauses upon activating the feature. For more information, you can visit the help center article or try it out at Company Settings > AI Clauses.
