Hi,
We have a new admin who is going to be the signature coordinator on all our workflows. When I try to assign her the role in existing workflows, I'm running into a couple of issues:
- I can't select multiple workflow owners for the reassignment, it wants me to select contracts one workflow owner at a time (this is time consuming, is there a workaround for this?); and
- When I click to reassign the role of signature coordinator, it makes the assignee the workflow owner, which I don't want. I only want them to be the signature coordinator in the existing workflows. Is there a way for them to appear as the signature coordinator only in existing workflows?
Any help would be appreciated!
