Hi all, I am working on a report which summarizes the terms we're most frequently negotiating. I wanted to ask for best practices as here is my current methodology in Ironclad:
- Sort workflows by execution time (logic: execution time correlates with number of terms negotiated)
- Compare the first version of a draft with the final version of the draft
- Record which terms/clauses were negotiated before execution for that particular workflow
The end result will be a worksheet from which I can prepare a pivot table on which terms/clauses were most frequently negotiated.
I am wondering if there's a more efficient way to get the end result, as this approach requires manual input, which leaves room for error.
