The link at the bottom right of each workflow stating, "You can send emails directly to this workflow to have them automatically added to the activity feed" is a super helpful tool for us. However, it is rather discrete. Our contracts admin and contract reviewers regularly direct multiple individuals to where they can find the link. Alternatively, we often find ourselves receiving the emails directly from staff, having to copy/paste the workflow email address, and forwarding the message that was forwarded to us in order to add it to the workflow.
A "Send Email to Workflow" button in line with Email Documents/Update Documents/Edit Info - or somewhere more visible - would be useful for documenting internal threads that we want to include in the contract record, or passing along emails from counterparties who did not directly reply to a document sent from Ironclad. In an ideal world, counterparties would participate in the workflow and internal staff will communicate in the Activity Feed; however, sometimes adding the counterparty to the workflow is not the best option (or they email anyway) and employees at certain levels within the company do not participate in the workflow beyond providing approvals (they may send emails with questions to which responses should be recorded).
