We launched Ironclad in March 2021. I approached the launch like any new product launch, with training, teaser promotional material around the office, a morning tea and a presentation at All Staff Briefing.
But the one launch activity that made all the difference? The #ironclad channel in slack!
Our company loves slack. Everyone lives there. So I created a slack channel to meet them where they are and so they could have direct access to me for tips and tricks and to ask questions. I ran fun competitions and dropped in "handy hints" from time to time during our first few weeks. If one person asked a question, everyone else could see the answer.
I would love to know what you did to launch Ironclad to the business. What worked well? What would you do differently if you had your time again?
