Hello Ironclad Community, I have created an automation in Salesforce for Closed Lost Opportunities to send an email alert to our Contract team that the Opportunity is Closed Lost when an IC Workflow is associated with that Opportunity and also to do a field update on the IC Workflow Status to Canceled. This is happening successfully, but then the IC Workflow Status is flipping from Canceled to Review and never updating the workflow in Ironclad. Is Ironclad possibly overriding the automation that I created in SF for the IC Workflow Status field to Canceled? I do not see an existing SF automation that would move the IC Workflow Status to Review. Has anyone else experienced this scenario? If so, how did you solution for this?
