We have a couple workflows set up where the person signing the contract on our companies behalf does not have an approval role in the workflow. So when they receive contracts to sign outside of Ironclad, they want to do a quick comparison against the previous version we have on record to the partial signed version sent to them, before signing themselves. When they revert the workflow back to review to upload the partial signed signed document to do that comparison, it triggers other approvals, but not theirs. We don't want to unnecessarily pull in approvers (and we can't change the settings for resetting certain approvals) and we can't automatically add the signer as an approval role because they weren't already an approver in the workflow.
Has anyone else come across this situation and found a solution to make it easy for signers to do a comparison? Thanks!
