How to set multiple reminders for one contract

I have a contract that has numerous milestones that need to be met.

After the Effective Date, they occur 150 days, 210 days, 240 days, etc...

I only want this one contract to be mentioned in the email reminder. I want the email reminder to go out weekly, starting 30 days before that milestone date comes due.
