This is slightly off-topic, but I'm hoping you'll indulge me anyway: is anyone out there using overflow commercial counsel (for negotiating and redlining contracts) that they like? Happy to get names of agencies or your commercial counsel friend who wants to keep a toe in the game but stay out of the rat race (thank you for also indulging my mixed metaphors).
