I didn't see anything on this already but would definitely appreciate anyone pointing me to any resourcing on this topic.
This past month I have had two instances where we "signed" and archived a document, only to have to re-open it. My workaround is to copy the completed workflow so the history is there and then upload the new document to the repository as an additional document, but it's messy.
Why is this happening? Marketplace transactions. Despite our best efforts, sometimes customers tell us they don't need to sign, they will simply accept the transactions in the AWS or GCP marketplace. We upload the offer, they accept, we download the acceptance as the "signature" and upload to Ironclad with the unsigned document as evidence.
Then we get a ping 24 hours later that procurement or legal wants a signed document. In one instance, they even requested additional language. While we could, of course, say no, it's not good business as a start-up and so we've had to handle this outside of the system and upload after-the-fact.
It would be great to allow administrators to un-archive a workflow -- even if it was time limited (workflow was archived in the last 7 days). Similar to the way you can revert from the Sign step back to Review.
