We often get requests to change the counterparty signer after the signature request has been launched (and often after we've already signed). Currently, the only way to do this within Ironclad results in cancelling the signature request and starting it over.
Our e-signature tool (we use AdobeSign) allows for adding an alternate signer (note: this is different than an additional signer) to a signature request in progress, without cancelling the request or voiding signatures already collected.
It would be most helpful if Ironclad leveraged this capability and allowed for the addition of an alternate signer after the signature request has been launched.
