@Alex_Collesano Hoping you might be able to provide some insight. A team of CLOC members held a recent discussion about tracking non standard fields and clauses in Ironclad using both standard AI and Metadata functionality vs. AI Assist functionality and we were wondering if this might be a good subject for an Ironclad Representative to jump on a call to discuss where we may or may not be using the AI tools and/or designing our workflows with the appropriate questions to collect, track and report on the data. For example, in my case I started with the Ironclad Smart Import Fields and Clauses and used those in my workflow but identifying and then reporting on the non standard negotiation of these clauses is proving problematic and feeding this information back to Salesforce in a meaningful way that is easy for Sales to read is something I am having a hard time with. I appreciate Ironclad's efforts to increase the software and AI capabilities and I am wondering if there are some recommendations from the Ironclad team on how to set up both the workflows and the repository to accomplish this. Appreciate your insight and happy to answer any questions you might have on this.
