OPTION to combine multiple documents from a workflow, or leave separate in Repository

We have several workflows set up to generate multiple documents in one go, which is SUPER convenient! What I don't love about this is that Ironclad doesn't give you the option to keep those documents separated in the repository; they are just combined into one big document, forcing me to open Adobe and separate them out, then manually re-upload each document to the repository. Perhaps there's already a way to do this which I'm not aware of.

I think this has some overlap with some other threads in the community, but this is an important item for us as well. As well as having two documents that should be filed separately in the repository, sometimes the additional documents don't need to be in the repository at all (or in the signature packet).

So have a way to assign each document uploaded for review in the workflow a specific record type, that can (1) be sent as one signature packet, but (2) then archived as the respective record types. I would love that!

As for documents that don't need to be in the repository - I load those into the workflow as "additional" documents so they do not get mixed in with the signature packet or archive.

I would love this functionality. I currently replace the docs with blank ones so that it is not part of the signature packet.
