I have noticed that if I tag clauses in one version of an agreement that I am negotiating, in other versions of that same document in that same workflow, the clauses are no longer tagged. I am so frustrated. I needed to correct 1 type and the new version wiped all of my saved clauses away. I had to do the whole thing over!
For reference, we were using third party paper, so I tagged the clauses and used the playbook to note fallback clauses = lots of work, but one typo correction wiped it all away.
Is there a way to make sure your tagged clauses and playbook usage carries to new versions?
