I am having a hard time nailing down the best way to track the substance of a clause vs. the existence. I can tag a "limitation of liability" clauses in the smart import or in a new workflow - but I want the substance of that clause in a reportable way.
Ex: I want to be able to report on the number of contracts where we have unlimited liability (LOL carve outs). There is an internal form question w/ the ability to select all categories that apply.
I want a bar graph for each of these categories. In my testing (still a rookie here), I have not been able to make it work. I believe the issue to be the option to select more than one? Breaking each of these into a yes/no field is not a great solution since it would mean reports would be on that single issue rather than the total liability exposure.
If I can't run the reports I need from this question/field, then the manual effort of the repository tagging seems insane.
