Company signer - Capturing name (or delgated party name) in archive record & activity feed

Hi -

How can I capture the name of the Company signatory in the Archive record? We have captured the name of the Counterparty in the archive record, but once the Company signer has signed (or delegated) the name appended in the Adobe Signature process does not get captured in the archive summary - How can I do this?

Also, if the Company signer has delegated to another, I want this captured correctly in the activity feed. Currently it shows signature request has been sent to signatory set out in the rule, also shows they have assigned it and that delegated signatory has viewed it but, the activity feed then reports the original signer has signed, which is incorrect, the delegated signer signed. Grateful for any tips here.
